We do not ship physical goods, so there are no physical returns or exchanges. This Policy explains when a payment reversal or account adjustment may be available. ### General refund rule Except where required by law, expressly stated at checkout, or covered by the eligible unspent card-funded balance review below, consumed services and issued Credits are final and non-refundable. If card-funded account balance is offered, an unspent amount may be eligible for return to the original payment method before it is converted into device-held Credits. Eligibility, timing, taxes, and processing fees depend on the original transaction, payment processor, and applicable law. ### Credits and protocol settlement Vord Credits are device-held bearer credentials. Once Credits are issued—including where proof and private-key material is exported to transfer practical spending control—or spent, they are not redeemable by Vord for cash and are not eligible for a payment refund except where required by law. When a paid inference session closes, the protocol may return the session’s remaining unspent reserved value to the same device-held wallet. This protocol settlement is not a refund to a card, bank account, or crypto wallet. ### Subscriptions If subscriptions are offered, you can cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Unless checkout-specific terms state otherwise, access continues through the current paid period and periods already started are not prorated or refunded, except where required by law. ### Crypto payments Confirmed blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Vord does not provide crypto withdrawals or reverse a transfer after confirmation. If you send an unsupported asset, network, address, or amount, recovery may be impossible. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. ### Failed requests and billing errors A failed or interrupted AI request does not automatically create a cash refund. Vord’s session close, claim, restore, and settlement mechanisms are designed to resolve remaining unspent reserved value back to the device-held wallet when the protocol can verify the outcome. Contact us if you see a duplicate charge, incorrect balance, unauthorized card charge, or a request that appears to have been charged incorrectly. Do not open a second request or repeat a purchase while the first transaction has an unknown status. ### How to request a review Email with the purchase date, amount, payment method, transaction or receipt identifier, and a short explanation. Never send your full card number, recovery key, private key, or raw bearer credentials. We will review available records and respond as reasonably practicable. Approved payment refunds are sent only to the original payment method. Financial institutions and payment processors control the time required for funds to appear.
